Rockdale Gardens Rockdale, NSW
Rockdale Gardens is a 270 unit residential complex. CMF advised an international investor on funding and finance structures, staging the development and supervised the development through to completion and sell-down.
Bauhaus Apartments Pyrmont, NSW
The Bauhaus apartments on the edge of Sydney CBD is a 180 unit residential apartment development. On behalf of local investors CMF; arranged $27m finance; engaged Multiplex constructions and; acted as financial advisor throughout.
Newtown Square is a 200 unit staged residential unit project. Owned by local investors. PPG introduced Thakral as JV partner; arranged $22m finance and; participated as financial advisor throughout the development.
