Rockdale Gardens is a 270 unit residential complex. PPG advised an international investor on funding and finance structures, staging the development and supervised the development through to completion and sell-down.

 

The project was constructed by Barclay Mowlem under a staged contract which provided for the construction of the podium under each of the three residential towers and then the construction of each tower as a separate stage. PPG supervised the contractor.

 

The financial structure wrapped around the staging with settlements from presales of apartments settling to allow the next stage to commence. This allowed the investor to optimise their return on committed equity.

 

The project was completed on time and within budget.

 

Presales and settlements were supervised by PPG.
