Newtown Square is a 200 residential apartment development in the heart of Newtown.

 

The development was staged over three stages and involved the renovation of an existing structure and construction of two new apartment buildings.

 

The site was purchased by local developers. PPG undertook detailed due diligence and feasibility on behalf of the developer.

Based upon the financial advice provided by PPG the developer sought a joint venture partner to undertake the development.

 

PPG introduced Thakral Holdings as the joint venture partner, arranged project finance and participated as financial advisor throughout the development.

 

Barclay Mowlem were contracted to undertake construction which was completed on time and within budget.
