Rozelle is a suburb in the midst of a major transition. with major new infrastructure projects currently under construction benefiting the property into the near future.

CMF was appointed alongside local agent, LJ Hooker Inner West to market and sell the property.  Over 150 enquiries and 30 inspections resulted in the sale of the property to a locally based investor/developer who will take Tim to maximise the development potential of the site into the future.

The property was very important to the owners.  They had owned the property for more than 25 years and run their own business from the property for many years before leasing it out as an investment..
