CMF were appointed marketing agents for the sale of this industrial complex approximately nine months after its completion. The Developer had only sold one unit in that time and its funder appointed CMF to drastically increase sales.

 

comprehensive, new, marketing strategy was implemented including; a new pricing structure; media campaign; brochures; internet; signage and; the appointment of three local agents to deal with enquiry.

 

In eight months we were successful in securing sales for 15 of the units.

CMF then sold the balance of the units (22) “in one line” to a single party who purchased them at a wholesale rate to re-sell them at the “retail” price. CMF’s role effectively came to an end.

Eight months after the sale in one line of the units the re-seller had only sold an additional six units and asked CMF to resume its marketing role. We employed a similar strategy to that which had worked previously and sold the remaining 16 units in seven months at prices above those achieved previously. The vendor was so impressed with the work undertaken they appointed CMF to a similar project at Browns Plains in the Brisbane/Gold Coast hinterland.
