PPG sourced a raw site and in conjunction with a private investor purchased the site.  PPG were then tasked with securing the D.A. and selling down the 33 individual lots that made up Stage I of the project.

Whilst the works on Stage One are set to commence PPG are actively working on Stage II of the project which could be a further 200 lots worth upwards of $80m.  A potential third and fourth stage to the project are in the offing but further down the track.
