Ken possesses excellent strategic planning skills, which led to his engagement in Athens, working on the planning for the successful 2004 Olympic Games and more recently as development manager for a number of sites across NSW & QLD.

Prior to Devlan, Ken was a Director of Arben Management, successfully developing a Project Management business based in Sydney and by demand expanding the business to Brisbane. He was involved with then client CMF Properties, in land development projects from, St Paul’s Terrace, Brisbane; to Raceview, Ipswich, Old Coach Road, Coomera and Karrabin Road, Walloon.

Ken previously consulted to APP Projects Pty Ltd as Associate Director and Project Director, working on the $140m CBD Asset Strategy project, comprising the refurbishment and fitout of four Sydney CBD buildings for the NSW Property Services Group.

During his time at APP, Ken was responsible for the design and quality direction of the $850m Sydney Harbour Casino on behalf of Sydney Harbour Casino Pty Ltd as Client Representative.

Past commissions have included the Project Director’s role for Olympic Sailing at Rushcutters Bay, the Olympic Velodrome at Bankstown, the Water Polo Venue at Ryde  Aquatic Centre, on behalf of the OCA and the refurbishment of The Regent Hotel as part of the Olympic families official residence during the Sydney 2000 Games.

Ken has been a director of Devlan Project Management for over 15 years and has worked closely with CMF during that time. His new role as director of PPG is a natural transition within the property market.
