Balmain Terraces is a luxury, four level whole floor residential apartment development. 

 

The development was undertaken in joint venture with Reed Property Services.

 

CMF negotiated the purchase of the property, obtained the DA, arranged project finance and arranged and supervised the sale of the finished apartments.

 

The level of design and fit out of the apartments was super premium with all materials meticulously scrutinised before approval for use on site. A local boutique contractor, Skyring Constructions, was contracted to carry out the works which were completed on time and within budget.
