Derry has held senior executive positions in construction and development groups in the Asia Pacific region.     Geoff Reed     Director Geoff Reed is Managing Director and founder of Reed Constructions Australia some 25 years ago. Reed Constructions Australia is a family-owned construction business specialising in Hospitality, Civil Works and Interior Fit Outs. Reed employs more than 100 staff and Geoff has over 35 years experience in the construction industry.     Alan Knight     Director Alan Knight qualified as a chartered accountant in 1978. He has pursued a career in finance and advisory and now has over 23 years experience in the financial sector. The last 13 years of which he has spent as an executive director of CMF.     Ian Kilday    Director Ian Kilday has had over 30 years experience in banking and finance, holding executive positions within leading Australian trading and merchant banks.
